About Sarah Conroy
Sarah Conroy is a senior at High Tech High School in Secaucus, New Jersey, where she studies Musical Theatre, and proudly represents William L. Dickinson High School as a Varsity Volleyball player.
For Sarah, volleyball is more than competition — it’s a way of life built on discipline, teamwork, and self-belief. As a setter, she thrives on leading her team, keeping the energy high, and finding ways to bring out the best in everyone around her. Every serve, every play, and every point is driven by focus, heart, and a relentless desire to improve.
Her success on the court is deeply tied to the foundation of her family, who have supported and inspired her every step of the way. They’ve taught her that humility, gratitude, and hard work matter just as much as performance. That belief in others — and in herself — defines who she is both as an athlete and as a person.
While theatre has strengthened her confidence and creativity, volleyball remains the space where she feels most alive — where effort meets passion and leadership meets teamwork.
Outside of sports and school, Sarah loves spending time with her family, helping younger players develop their skills, and building friendships that extend beyond the game. She’s driven by the idea that every experience — win or lose — is a chance to grow, learn, and lift others up.
